In recent years,our country is still in the period of drug problem spreading,drug crime high-incidence period and drug control crisis period.The situation of drug control is grim and complex,and the task of drug control is arduous.The infiltration of foreign drugs into our country has decreased under the pressure of our country’s strong drug control,and some people,in order to seek the enormous benefits brought by drugs,have targeted domestic drug production.The problem of new psychoactive substances began to emerge,becoming the third generation of drugs threatening human security after the traditional drugs heroin and synthetic drugs methamphetamine and ecstasy.The factors inducing drug-related crimes in China have not been completely controlled,resulting in the situation of three generations of drugs superimposed,and it is more difficult to crack down on them.New psychoactive substances have similar or stronger effects as controlled drugs,such as excitement,hallucinogenic and narcotic effects,and are spreading rapidly in the country.Through the more hidden network and the modern way of micro-business logistics,it quickly spread in the global scope.The abuse of new psychoactive substances has already occurred in some entertainment places in the country,and criminal cases of manufacturing,smuggling and trafficking of new psychoactive substances have occurred in some places.Cracking down on drug-related crimes in accordance with the law is not only the requirement of China’s social and economic development,but also an important political task in the course of socialist construction.Investigation,as an important part of criminal procedure,plays an important role in searching evidence,identifying criminal suspects and cracking down on crimes.Based on the above-mentioned drug crime cases and the reality of judicial reform requirements.This paper focuses on the problem of obtaining evidence of drug-related crimes,explores the characteristics of evidence
