A good many foreign visitors highly praised these characters which are extremely lifelike and delicate, such as Guan Yunchang who had a strong sense of obligation to his friends, Yue Fei who served his country with unreserved loyalty, and naughty but lovely Sun Wukong. Besides, the exhibition included Yangliuqing Paintings in Hebei, Daye wooden carvings and Jingzhou shadow - plays in Hubei, scissor cuts in Shaanxi, brocades of Dai nationality and Dali Grottoes in Yunnan and so on. These exhibits created artistically and characteristically, are glorious treasure and quintessence of the Chinese nation.However, these culture wealth haven't been legally protected as it should be in the developing countries. Meanwhile, legal and academic works in most developed countries emphasize on the protection of high-tech production's copyright and other intellectual property, but ignore or deliberately overlook the protection of folklore. When people are working hard to take effect steps to protect today's various intellectual creations and its development with copyright, they neglect their origin that is the intellectual property protection of matrix of human being's artistic culture.The protection of expression of folk artistic culture is a cosmopolitan problem. Since 1950s, there have been a lot of international organizations focused on it successively, and tied to put forward plans that is universal accepted by international community. But the result is not so good. The history that the academia and the field of legislation concerning this problem in our country isn't long. It lasts from 1990s to today, and forms a study climax in present years.
