The legal system of company establishing registration and examination is a small but very important segment during the whole process of company establishing. On the one hand, it settles on whether or not the applying company can enter into market to engage in the commercial management, on the other hand, it is still a starting point of some relevant government departments supervise the movement of company operating. In this paper, the author makes a systematic study of basic ideal, set of values, force of law and etc of the legal system of company establishing registration and examination. At the same time, this paper start with our country's actual legal system of company establishing registration and examination. Then the author gradually analyse the defects of this system. At last, the author still expresses her personal opinion on the company law in the contemporary China.Besides introduction and conclusion, the main body of this paper includes four parts as follows:The first part: this part introduces the origin, concept and characteristic of the legal system of company establishing registration and examination. This part is the basics of the whole paper and which mainly expound the subject matter from two different perspectives. Second, introduces the concept and characteristic of the legal system of company establishing registration and examination in order to lay the groundwork for below.The second part: this part discusses the basics of the jurisprudence, set of values and force of law of the legal system of company establishing registration and examination.
