On The Application Of Principle Of Trust Protection In China's Administrative Law

As a general administration principle, Trust and Protection Principle has been attached more and more importance to gradually and introduced to legislation in many countries. This principle will be established for the first time in People' s Republic of China Administrative Licensing Law. This thesis analyzes related items in China' s Administration Law and gives some personal thoughts on this principle' s application situation in the country by elaborating its connotation, comparing its exercises in other countries' Administration Laws, in the hope to promote the healthy development of Trust and Protection Principle in China' s Administration Law.
