| Market economy is credibility economy. Credibility plays an important role on market economy, also on its process of producing and developing .The recent cases of listed company made us concentrate on the credibility of listed company, which plays a core in the market nowadays. Therefore, this paper devoted to the study of the credibility of listed company and how to regulate it through four chapters.Chapter one: the basic acknowledge on credibility of listed company. This chapter mainly states the thesis of credibility and the credibility of listed company. Through the statement of the theories on credibility in ethics, economy and jurisprudence .this chapter shows the basic knowledge on credibility and the credibility of listed corporation, including its concept characters and its influenced factors. Specially speaking, the credibility of listed company should be regulated by the economic law but not the others. In the meanwhile, the chapter shows that the credibility is not an abstract concept but one concept affected by many things, which is composed of the capital system, the supervisory system, the stock market and so on.Chapter two: the analysis on the faults of credibility of listed company. The most part of this chapter is the analysis on the faults of influenced factor of credibility of listed company, such as the capital system, the duty of directors and the disclosure of credit information. All of these are to find the solution of these problems in next.Chapter three: the regulation and the vision of credibility of listed company. The main content in this chapter is the regulation on the problems of these factors influencing the credibility of listed company. To make the credibility of listed company be perfect, the legal manners are necessary. Based on the rationality of legal regulation in jurisprudence, this part gives many advices on improving the stipulation currently in effect, compiled with the new company law and the stock law which were amended recently. |
