Its objects are national medical service regulations and the patients' rights of life and health; its subjects are sanitary technitians of the medical stuff. Objectively, it should be the serious unresponsible actions that cause the death or severe damage of the patients' body and health and they should be judged according to the accasion, reason, result and causalit of the medical accidents. Subjectly, the crimes should be justified following the unity of the object and subject and distinguish the limit of crime and inoccence corretly. The medical accident authentication from any medical unions should not be the only basis for the judicial argans to make a judgement.
