Legal Studies For Foreign Mergers And Acquisitions Of Listed Companies In China

Transnational M&A has been a hot topic of Chinese economic life since China's entry into WTO. As a model in all trades, the company that appears on market is an important area where transnational M&A happens. As the pace of China incorporating international economic speeding up, it will offer more opportunities for development of transnational M&A in China and play a positive role of improving the level of utilizing the foreign capitals. But we should also see that transnational M&A are not " free lunch ", it also can bring a series of problems such monopolization , a threat to national economic security , etc. This article has analysed the current situation of M&A in China and the problems which our country will face. It also gives the suggestions such as optimizing the laws system of transnational M&A and perfecting the anti-monopoly law, etc.
