On The Civil Rights Of Private Relief

Civil rights private relief is an important system in civil rights relief, corresponding to the public relief. So there is a conclusion that traditional civil rights private relief system is not suitable for today's demands completely, and then we have to rebuild the system of civil rights private relief.Chapter two, the merits and defects between civil rights private relief and public relief.This chapter gives the differentiating standard of civil rights private relief and public relief on the basis of the analyses of public relief's concepts and its forming reason. It discusses the civil rights social relief to criticize the "three-kind standards". Then it researches the relations, the merits and defects between civil rights private relief and public relief.
