Network is the outcome of the development of the technology and the achievement of the human civilization.The emergence of the network has influenced all aspects of the human societyprofoundly,which is the symbol of a new era------the Network Era.Asthe fundamental law for the market conduct and the competition order, the Antimonopoly Law has been playing an important role in history .But nowadays,marching into the Network Era,with the development of the market economy and the fierce competition,the Antimonopoly Law has been faced with lots of new problems and great challenges.Although the competition legal system of China is not perfect enough,and the study on it has also just started,the legislation on antimonopoly that measures up to the new era and the international custom has already become an important task for us under the background of the Network Era.In the meantime,we will be benefit from and learn from the study on the reform and the development of the Antimonopoly Law in the new era of network.This article is a trial to introduce and study systematically the reform and the development of the Antimonopoly Law in the Network Era,which is divided into four parts totally.The title of the first part is The Network Era and the Reform of the Law.This part firstly introduces the meaning and the formation of the network, points out that the word "network"in this article specializes the word "internet".Next the part tells us that the core of the network is a series of standardized agreements which connect the network,and analyses the characteristics of the Network Era.Secondly,this part expatiates the special technical norms and legal norms in the Network Eras,pointing out that the technical norms not only provide the foundations for the legal norm,but also put forward the challenge to...
