College Students' Party From Consolidating The Party's Foundation

'Developing young Party members in production, work and Intellectuals' has been proposed in the Party' s 16th meeting. Central Party Committee realizes that party members play important role in the whole country, in the whole society, in the whole nation. Excellent young party members' entering this group is the guarantee which help to make this group be younger, consolidate the basic of the ruling foundation, keep the merits of the Party. University students are one of the important parts in the young intellectuals. They are the elites to make the country and the nation be stronger. Furthermore, talented person and cadres are among them. Therefore, aiming at developing Party members in universities, and find the most excellent ones will help us to improve the structure of the Party team, improve Party members' quality, keep the merits of the Party. So, it is a wise decision to develop young Party members in universities gradually.After the 14th national university party building conference at the end of 2005, each university changes the thinking of developing student party members actively. They have set up new systems, and focus on the development of student Party members. This thesis aims at strengthening the meaning of developing the student Party members, finding the weakness in this procession, and giving important supports in theories which can instruct practice.Through the definition and the instruction to the party building of university students with the help of the classic theory of Marxism, we can analyze the situation gradually. Furthermore we should insist on the basic principles, understanding the weakness. All these will help the development of party building for university student, and also it can help to explore and innovate the mechanism of education.
