The exposition of judgement is development of free intention. The judicial fairness, the lawsuit benefit principle, the procedure participation right,the judicial neutrality make us to use exposition of judgement .It can make many benefits.It can protect litigant to compare the weight entity benefits and the procedure benefits, prevent sudden attacks, make litigants reconcile, make litigant to trust the trial. Many modern main developed country and area like US, Germany, French, Japanese and the Taiwan area have used it.Our country hates free intention and almost does not have the exposition of judgement. Our legislation has few regulations. Judges do not open their judgement .This harms the trial in the people mind's status and does not favor the judicial authority's establishment. Therefore we should learn from the developed country and area. We should construct the exposition of judgement system including its basic content, its condition, its aspects which need to pay attention to.
