To Strengthen The Party's Governing Capacity Building And Build A Harmonious Society

Constructing a socialist harmonious society is a task advanced by the 4th session of the 16th Party Congress. And it is an inevitable demand of China's reform and development in a critical period, of reinforcing the social basis of the Party's ruling and realizing the historical task of the Party's ruling. At present, a lot of new situations and problems have come up in the development of our society. The gap of the income between the city and the country enlarges a lot. The social interests subject splits up , the contradictions among the people demonstrate the new characteristic and the challenge of the social risk is more severe . Whether these problems could be settled well , it is related to whether the socialist harmonious society could be built up .The construction of the ability of administration of the party is the fundamental guarantee of constructing the socialist harmonious society. A series of questions that appear in the course of the transition of society, have challenged the ability of administration construction in party. This text analyses the challenges that face in the socialist harmonious society by the administration of party. At the foundation of that analysis, I put forward the route choices that the ability of administration of strengthening the party are built.This text is divided into three parts. In part one, the relation between the ability of administration of the party and the socialist harmonious society is analyzed . In part two , I analyze the challenges and reasons that the construct of the ability of the party face in the socialist harmonious society. In part three , the routes of strengthening the ability of administration of the party are proposed in constructing the harmonious society.
