Research On The Interests Coordination Under The View Of The Harmonious Socialist Society

Harmonious society is the everlasting pursuit of human beings. The construction of harmonious society is the guideline of the Communist Party of China in new historical period. As an ideal state, harmonious society should be capable of achieving the coordination, accommodation and coexistence of multi-factorial interests by solving and defusing interests conflict. Contemporary China Society is basically harmonious, but the existence of great interests imbalance among urban and rural residents. Different regions, different professions, different society stratum has harmful effects on the coordinated and healthy development of the society. Thus, balanced interests relations are the basic requirement of constructing harmonious society. Based on the practical social circumstances of contemporary China, guided by Marxist interests theory, this paper will discuss the issue of balancing interests distribution in socialist society from the dialectical and historical viewpoint by using multi-subject knowledge, with the aim of constructing a harmonious socialist society. There are three chapters altogether:First part: contains necessary introduction to the concept and related theory of "interests" and "coordinate interests". The essence of harmonious society is the harmonious interests, which is interpreted from the connotation of harmony. The construction of harmonious society will certainly be affected by interests conflict. Therefore, interests coordination is the essence of a harmonious socialist society. Meanwhile, the six basic characteristics of harmonious society are all directed to the problem of coordinating interests. As an opposite example, the demonstration of the negative effects of interests imbalance on the society also shows that coordinating interests is the essence of harmonious socialist society.Party two: analyses the expression of interests imbalance in contemporary China society and explores its origin. The existence of great interests imbalance among urban and rural residents. Different regions, different professions, different society stratum has harmful effects on the coordinated and healthy development of the society. It originates from the interaction of various historical and realistic factors such as some policy deviation in China's reform, the institutional impediments under the Binary Structure between Town and Country, the retardation of political system reform in a transforming society, the unsound judicial system, the lack of correct interests consciousness, etc.Part three: demonstrates how to establish and improve socialist interests coordination mechanism in order to promote the construction of harmonious society. Free interests expression mechanism is the premise of constructing harmonious socialist society. Reasonable interests distribution mechanism is the justice core of constructing harmonious socialist society. Safety interests compensation mechanism is the stable foundation of constructing harmonious socialist society. Strict interests constrain mechanism is the key link of constructing harmonious socialist society. Effective interests education mechanism is the important guarantee of constructing harmonious socialist society.
