The feminist jurisprudence came into being in the 1970's.The women' movement and feminist legal theory had deep effect on it. There were three waves of woman's movement,which provided rich expiences for the feminist jurisprudence.It concerns and studies women rights,from political rights to educational riaghts,from their body freedom to their sex rights,from harassment to discriminationin the workplace,and has got brilient success,both in law and in life,which brings deep effect women'life.The feminist jurisprudence made great contributions to the jurisprudence,It enlarged rights,reset the catagolories of the tranditional jurisprudence and developed legal methods. It has made us realize the gender discrimination and hopes to bring back "objectivity"to the law sestem,which made the law act as the conditioner of the social justice.It will exist with the diversity of the social culture and have deep effect on people'life.
