Protection Of Trade Secret Rights Under The Network Environment

In the age of the information-based economy, especially in the circumstances that the intellectual fruits have been becoming more and more commercial, industrialization and international, the trade secret right ,as one of the IPR, just like the patent right and the copyright, the protection problem of which has attracted people's focus, and also the legal protection problem of which has become the hotspot discussed by the jurisconsult, because of the important situation that played in the drastic commercial battle. But most of these discussion has been concentrated on the traditional area of the trade secret protection, there is seldom systemic analysis on the problems of the protection of the trade secret under the networked environment. With the rapid development of high tech such as computer technology and network technology, the area and content of the trade secret protection is enlarging gradually, and the form of the trade secret is becoming more and more complex and diversity, and at the same time the network technology has brought on lots of new problems on the trade secret protection. But compared with the development of technology and the network economy, our consciousness is too indifferent ,our technology is too outdated ,the system is still not perfect, and the corresponding law is still not developed.
