Notarized By A Will Notarized On The Liability System

Testament notarization is a main and common business in notary practice but also a contentious and actionable issue. The disputes focus on legal responsibility of the notary while conducting testament notarization.Comparing with the countries of Union Internationale Du Notariat Latin (countries of Civil Law Systems)where perfect notary systems have been adopted, we are still facing defects and slow proceeding in our notarization legislation and low social prestige and standing.In my view, the detailed regulations on notarization and legal responsibility in the countries of Civil Law Systems and the stable activity environment give full play to notary's function and furthermore promote notary's social prestige. I shall discuss matters concerning legal responsibility of testament notarization in my thesis to affect notarial circles to establish a perfect notarization responsibility system in our country.Concerning and beginning from the main issues of testament notarization responsibility and showing the cases of my practice, I elaborated my view on some basic legal issues and current disputes about notarization responsibility and forward suggestion on perfection of notarization responsibility in our country aiming at the status quo and problems of our notarization system, also point out the necessity of further thinking of unspreaded analysis of practical issues.
