The effectiveness of e-commerce transactions and information delivery, and security-not-be denied have been one of the core-issues in the field of e-commerce. At present, non-symmetrical key system based on electronic signature technology can be applied to solve the validity of transactions and information dissemination. Issues such as security and non-repudiation of the electronic authentication technology in the rapid support of the application and development its security and reliability have been practiced a lot. Therefore, from a legal point of electronic signatures to traditional signatures, stamped electronic signatures the same legal status will be widely used and has become the prerequisite for effectiveness, International e-commerce legislation is the core content of the past decade.In China, the demand of the electronic signature legislation in industry and academe has emerged, and deepen with the popularity of E-business from 2000.Due to lacking law supports in electronic documents, electronic signatures and electronic contracts, a great deal of E-commence were delayed, which is a bottleneck in the development of E-commence. The 11th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People's Republic of China adopted the electronic signature law On August 28, 2004, which give secure electronic signatures a same legal effect with handwritten signatures and seals. It also clarifies the market-entering rules for electronic authentication services. "Electronic signature law" is the first truly meaningful law in E-commence legislation area, and is a milestone in the development of e-commerce.
