The practice of jurisdiction in Soviet Republic of China principally includes four aspects. First , the setting of jurisdictional branches : second . the main systems used in trials ; third ,the procedure of trying and fourth , the merits and defect in the jurisdictional practice.According to this article , the jurisdictional branches of Soviet Republic of China contain the Supreme Court . Adjudicating Ministry , Military Adjudicating Section , Anti -rebellion Committee , Revolutionary Court and Political Security Bureau of the State . The Adjudicating Ministry is the miniature of People's Court of today . And the Political Security Bureau is the ancestor of the Public Security Bureau . Open-trying system , jury system and defense system are the crucial trial system adopted by the jurisdictional branches . from which we can find out the influence of the Soviet Union on China .and also the shining thoughts of democracy as well as independence of jurisdiction . The procedure of trial practice has three steps : preliminary hearing , first trial and final judgment. The preliminary hearing proceeding is different from that of the Western countries and the whole procedure demonstrate the characteristic of super-authority . The jurisdictional practice which on the people's behalf is led by the China Communist Party . Anti-rebellion movement is the main fault of the practice . bring monstrous disaster to the country . But granted by the jurisdictional practice , the citizens enjoys more rights and benefits and the new-born regime is much stronger.
