Research Interests Of Government Departments

Interest concerns about every way in daily life and government is a place where there is full of all kinds of interests which badger, meet and mingle with each other. As a section of government, government sector is the agent of the state power and public interest. Therefore, its value tendency should be the public interest and seeking the interests for the mass is its consequently responsibility. However, some of the government sectors in our country now take advantage of its power to seek interest for itself, going out of the way of the value tendency of public interest. Thus comes out of the following phenomenon: the public power belongs to sector, sector power seeks for interest and sectional interest becomes proper. The emergence of the sectional interest results in the fall of the justice and the transcendence of government, distorting the function of the government, and brings some passive influence on social life. Building from the summarizing of research on this topic , this paper defines the concept of the government's sectional interest, on the basis of which summarizes the forms of the government's sectional interest in our country and finds out its reason. Then, this paper analyzes the passive influence of the government's sectional interest on the social, economic and political life in different angles. In the end, this paper searches for some ways to control the government's sectional interest and tries to shape a definite and clear understanding of current government's sectional interest in our country.
