Deng Xiaoping's Thought On Political Development Research

The political developing thought of Teng Hsiao-ping in the new phase is an important constituent of the scientific system of Teng Hsiao-ping theory, which puts forward a series of creative ideas from the pospective of leading force, society subject, environmental requirement, incentive mechanism and target as well of the political development in China, and systematically answers the questions concerning how to develop socialist democratic politics and build socialist political civilization under the condition of China's reform and opening up, and thus presents a profound guidance for China's political development both currently and henceforth.This article studys the political developing thought of Teng Hsiao-ping in the new phase from the political pospective, it's main content is firstly to reveal the meaning of the concept of political development allsidedly, which is that political development is a process of building political civilization within the specific political system through the ajustment and reform to political structure and political relationship by political subject, and secondly this article believes that the theoretical background for the development of the political developing thought of Teng Hsiao-ping of the new phase lies in the fact that the historical limitation of the political developing thought of Mao zengdong needs being overcome, and its practice background is that the defect of China's political system was exposed to view during the 10-year "Cultural Revolution", which makes a historical reference frame for this article. And thirdly, from the angle of Theory of Advantage, Theory of Subject, Environment, Motive Power, and Theory of Goal, this article freshly summarizes and explains the main idea of the political developing thought of Teng Hsiao-ping, that is, CPC is the leading force, the masses is the society subject, political stability is the environmental requirement, political mechanism reform is the direct motivation, socialist political civilization is the ultimate target, all the above is for China's political development. The 4th part analyses the practical guiding value of the the political developing thought of Teng Hsiao-ping for the development and building up of socialist democratic politics and socialist political civilization. The final part argues about the preliminary thought on the possible improvement for the political developing thought of Teng Hsiao-ping.
