Confucius said, "One would not be successful if he had no credibility. " As a society person, one can not do without credibility, esp. notary publics. Notarization values credibility mostly. Credibility is not only not only a foundation for an individual but also a foundation for notarization system.This paper is divided into four chapters to discuss the notarization credibility.The first chapter discusses the emergence and development of the notarization system and the nature of the notarization credibility.
