By refuting other opinions, author presents the opinion that network property shall be the object of property right. On this basis, author further discusses how to protect this new style of property effectively. Currently, the infringement of network property happens from time to time, and has become the focus of this society, but there is nearly no regulation on network property in our country. This brings many inconveniences to judicial practices, and is not good for protecting the legal interests of so many persons. Therefore, the author believes that the legal status of network property should be admitted, and the owner of network property should be formulated, and there must be legal relieves in the case of infringement of network property. The influences a new thing brings are with two sides, and network property is not an exception. Many economists believe that network property will bring negative influences to the economic order. So, the author believes there should be reasonable and prudential supervision against network property.
