With the development of network services, the disputes of Network Virtual Property (NVP for short) gradually increase, which caused high degree concern of legal theory sector and judicial practical sector. However, the current theory research about NVP and Right of Network Virtual Property (RNVP for short) focused on define the scope of their legal status, but lack of research about how to resolve the dispute and how to fairly identify the rights and obligations of users and Internet Service Providers(ISPs for short). In the practical side, since lack of relevant legislation, judgments are frequently made by widely divergent. The thesis have been in the draw on the basis of past research results, analysis virtual property-related issues through method of empirical research and case studies, put forward my own opinions of specific solution to the problems. The structure of the thesis is divided into five chapters:The first chapter aimed to differentiate the NVP and the RNVP, to analyze the relationships between users and ISPs. The chapter focus on demonstrate the different legal attribute of NVP and the RNVP. Moreover, the chapter categorized the objects of the right of network virtual property and disputes which frequently come in our country.The second to fourth chapters analyzed the three most common NVP disputes in reality of different reasons, determine the reasonable range of rights and obligations of the parties involved in the disputes.The last chapter mainly synthesized and summed up the disputes, put on my own opinion of legal protect mode about NVP, thought at present should be used the mode of use both departmental regulations and model contract to regulate the dispute of NVP.
