Generation, Of Human Reason And The Law Of Faith

Faith of law is the the ideal footstone of the socialist law construction . The degree that the individual and society believe in the law, have a grant effect to the progress of governing by law, and even play the key role .The forming of legal faith marks the establishment that the law ran a country. Ruling by law is originated from the western society, where the ancient Greece and Rome people set the beginning of ruling by law. In the western social development, ruling by law is not only a kind of system, but also a kind of idea advocated by people of the society since the beginning. Ruling by law in the modern meaning is mainly a result of the modem western society, it produce, develops and establishes following the western rational tradition, the two link each other together closely. And there is traditional culture different from the western society essentially in our country, can then form the faith to the law in our country? How to come to realize legal faith?Because of understanding the above, this text studies the cultivation of legal faith by the breakthrough point that the relation while forming with people's reason and legal faith. Through the inherent relation while analysing reason and legal faith are transformed into, I attempt to find out the law to believe in the key point in the forming process. People's reason gives play to this essential function while the social individual's legal faith forms, and the rational cultural tradition of a society is an important condition of forming of the legal faith to this society even more. So in China without traditional reason, there are a lot of factors influencing forming of legal faith, but how to cultivate legal faith in China's present current situation? What it needs most is not the social base of the market economy, it is not a political system of the democratic politics, it is the rational culture atmosphere of fostering humane spirit that need more.
