In The Modern Corporate Governance Board Of Supervisors System

Board of supervisors is very important department in Corporate Governance nowadays ,as a legal department of supervise ,as the traditional content of Continental Law System in company Law .As a legal department of supervise, board of supervisors which constituted by law is not functioning properly in our country's corporation .This paper is divided into three parts :The first part is the comparative analysis of corporate governance in several country to discuss the importance of corporate governance ,and analyze and compare the function of board of supervisors for the specific role of Corporate Governance ;The second part is explore causes of noneffective board of supervisors in our country's corporation ;The third part is some general opinion to improve board of supervisors .I look forward to offer some useful opinion in this thesis.
