| Copyright collective management is greatly concerned now, as copyright owner has more difficulties in copyright individual management. Based on the theory of Institution Composing in New Institutional Economics, the author analyzes problems and their causes of copyright collective management in China from the three perspectives of development impetus, law and organizations operating. On this foundation, the author discusses the optimization of copyright collective management institution in copyright disseminating, management staff, law modifying and organizations operating improvement. Among them, the inquiring system of copyright management, supervisal system of publishing in organizations operating, and the mandatory components adding into the copyright management law are the main points in optimization. |
