The anti-dumping law is a legal system which melts the subjective law and procedural law. This article refers a series of procedures that only include putting on record,investigation and determination,administrative review. For the administrative authorities as the leading role in anti-dumping case, the anti-dumping procedural law has the risk of the deviation of fair. Therefore, the primary mission of anti-dumping law is how to consummate the procedures unceasingly. This article approves the information disclosure of administrative procedure in the anti-dumping law of America as core content and analyzes WTO and European Union's relative legal provision. Finally, makes the appraisal and suggestions for the recent information disclosed legal system of China.
