In Contemporary China's Evasion Of Law,

This paper talks and solves the evasion of law in four aspects. Firstly it makes the indicating limits to evasion of the law and distinguished it with evasion of law of international private law. This is foundation of the paper .Secondly ,the paper elaborates the concrete problems of the evasion of the law in contemporary China through three pieces of cases. Thirdly, this paper has analyzed the long-standing reasons of the evasion of law in the Chinese society, it is helpful for us to rationally understand the existing background of this social phenomenon, in order to find a reasonable and effective solution. Finally , the paper analyzes and summarizes the phenomenon of evasion of law in the basis of former analysis to propose a multiplex solution .This part is also an important point of this paper . it is the concrete manifest of the recognition of the evasion of the law phenomenon.
