| The dissertation mainly concerns about legal issues in the copyright international license contract in the example of books. The dissertation is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces some basic issues in copyright international trade, such as copyright trade and features, types of copyright license contract and copyright license party's rights and obligations.The second chapter mainly focuses on legal issues in the negotiation process of book copyright international license contract, being analyzed from four aspects as follows: certifying real book copyright license subject, agent in the copyright international license contract, copyright license protective deadline and sphere of application, and proper use of copyright.The third chapter analyses some legal issues in the copyright international license contract articles, including types of copyright license contract and license term issues, terms and ways of payment of royalty, external copyright material, additional rights and revision to the original work.The forth chapter is the conclusion of the dissertation in which some outlooks and suggestions about the development of China's copyright international license trade are given. |
