The Alliance is one of the most efficient ways for a country to gain its power and benefit. Either big or small counties both need it but now days most of the researchers concentrate their minds on how the alliance theory benefit the big countries and how does it effect the world politic system. Actually some small countries have to use alliance way much often than the big countries to protect its self and defend the outside threaten.The Philippine is one of the small and weak countries that located at the South East Asia where has the drastic competition of big countries. The Philippine has experienced so much on the alliance and this really enrich the content of the alliance theory.Anyhow, up to now only fragment pieces could be found in various articles about the research on the project of the diplomacy policy of the Philippine. This article creatively use the system alliance theory of the International relations to analyze the practice on the alliance of the Philippine. Especially this article not only used the traditional Realism theory but also paid a lot attention on the usage of the Idealism and other new theories. On bases of the analyze it conclude some new ways of the development of the alliance theory.This will greatly helped us to make a better understanding of the International relations theory and it also will helped a lot on how us China to make our diplomacy policy of the Philippine.
