With the increasingly rapid development of the market economy in China, all kinds of subjects in market are becoming active in economic activities and the significance of finance which was regarded as a crucial tache of economic activities and operation of capital is more evident. The swindle case committed by Wang and other criminals is a typical case of this kind. It is an urgent issue for judicial operators that how to keep this kind of crime about L/C within limits. The thesis is《study about crime of swindling on L/C committed by WANG X x》, this article mainly deals with the basic principles of the L/C differences and similarities between swindle and criminal cases of L/C, the cognizance of the subjects of units'crimes in the fraud of L/C and also the study of positions of auxiliars among complicities. It does a thorough research on these aspects, so it is of great practicability. It formulates the problems we should pay attention to in the actual practice of swindling crime, also it analyses how the cognizance is done in the swindle case committed by WANG X x, the sentence and penalty to units as the subjects of crime and also the criminal problems of complicities .It analyses the problems above in detail by using the criminal juristic theory.
