China's Lack Of Rights And Interests Of Migrant Workers With Legal Protection Research

This dissertation focuses on immigrant-worker which is a typical socialvulnerable group in modem china. It is a positive study on the problem ofimmigrant-worker's deficient rights, and why it happens in modern china. It triesto give some constructive advises to a question that is how to protectimmigrant-worker's rights by law, and produce a little theoretical reflection to it.There are four sections in this dissertation.In the first section, the author talks about two concepts which are peasant andimmigrant-worker, and then tells what they mean in sociology. There follows abrief introduction of the era and institution background to immigrant-workeremerging, and a specific analyzing of the reasons.In the second section, the author roundly describes the characters ofimmigrant-worker's deficient fights. All of what this dissertation talks about isbased on them.In the third section, the author reveals the precise reasons of the flaws inimmigrant-worker's fights, and points out that they not only come fromimmigrant-worker themselves, but also from the govemment playing a corruptpart in the era of social- transferring. The ultimate reason comes from theHousehold Register System.In the fourth section, the author raise some constructive advises and a littletheoretical reflection about the legal protection of immigrant-worker's rights. Heconsiders that the fundamental measure is to take Principle of civil treatmentbetween town-worker and immigrant-worker, in order to remedy the flaw ofimmigrant-worker's citizenship.
