As a basic system of the property law, the legal system of registration for real estate rights is vital to the property law system. Now there is a relatively uniformed theory in our country after the issue of property law. But the property law is too recapitulative to guide the registration for real estate rights, so researching on the registration system of real estate rights has realistic theory meaning and practice value after the issue of property law.This paper includes four chapters.The first chapter of the paper explores the basic theory of real property, including The doctrine of publicity and public trust and the theory of juristic act of real right.The second chapter is making comparison of real estate registration models in different countries.This lays the foundation for the following part of this essay which concerns with the effective real estate registration model in our country.The third chapter is the main point of this paper. It focuses on the establishing of our national legal system of registration for real estate rights. It includes the investigation, register organization and compensation etc.From above, the author thinks that there are too many shortages in the present registration system in our country, but the most urgent problem is the establishing of registration law. Only by this law, can we establish the registration organizations, the procedure of the registration and other legal system.
