The real estate occupies the important position in social and economic life, the real estate registration is the embodiment of the core principle of the principle of public summons in property law,it is of great significance to perfect the real estate registration system for maintaining the order of real estate property rights and guarantee real estate transaction security and convenience.In 2015, the "The interim regulations on real estate registration” makes a clear rules for real estate registration for the first time,and implement the preliminary unified of the real estate registration in our country. But the design of the real estate registration system is relatively simple, some places are unreasonable, uncoordinated and even conflicting,.The imperfect of this system is not only affects the use value of real estate, also directly endanger the vital interests of the parties and the market transaction security, so achieve the complete reunification of the real estate registration is necessary for the construction of socialist legal system in our country.This paper consists of three parts : introduction, text and epilogue three, and the text include a total of four chapters.The introduction introduces the necessity and importance to perfect real estate registration system.The first chapter is the flaws of real estate registration system before the "The interim regulations on real estate registration” carry out in our country, introduce the legislation of real estate registration system,the agencies of real estate registration, the scope of real estate registration,the procedures of real estate registration,the specific forms of real estate registration and the liability for compensation, then the article points out the problems in our real estate registration system, and combined with the" The interim regulations on real estate registration” to analyze the value on solving these problems.The second chapter is to analyze the scope of real estate registration, real property register, the different types of registration,based on the basic principles of property law.
