On the basis of labor and materials own different people, Labor relationship is a kind of social relationship, which the laborers work under the direction of the materials of the owner, and the owner provides salary to the laborers. The labor relationship is one of the important social relationships.Labor relationship is a relationship with several different characteristics, first it is a relationship that led by the will of the state, and makes the will of the litigation as the body; second it is a relationship with dual attributes, they are personal and property; third the status of it is equality and subordination; fourth it is a relationship with personality subordinate.Along with the development of the society, China's labor relationship is evolving. It is developing from the planned economy period of government regulation and control-oriented to a market economy during the deployment of the labor market, income distribution, social security, and many other elements as the new labor relationship. The changing of labor relationship created a lot of new labor issues, and the current major problem of this respect is in the violations of labor rights. How to deal with these problems is related to stability and harmony of society, so building a harmonious labor relationship is a great significant thing.This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction of the starting point, point and purpose for researching this area, meanwhile expounded the ideas and methods on researching. The second part is theory of labor relationship, using historical analysis study the evolution of ancient and modern labor relationship, nation and abroad labor relationship. The third part is to study problems existing China's current labor relationship and the reasons for these problems. The fourth part uses comparative analysis methods, which summarized the theory and practice of foreign labor relationship, making a good foundation of the next part. The fifth part focused on how to build China's labor relations and labor relationship in line with China's requirements for the development of a harmonious society. It mainly contains legislation on labor relationship, law enforcement on labor relations, judicial proceedings related to labor relationship and the building of the main system.
