This paper believe that many criticisms of Huntington, "The Clash of Civilizations" are rather one-sided view, Some view even misunderstood, misinterpreted the intention of Huntington. Many domestic scholars expressed indignation at Huntington on regard China as the enemies of the West and criticised his "Clash of Civilizations". However, they did not really understand Huntington's said and the intention of it.Specifically, Huntington's first critical scholars mostly from the perspective of economic and political interests questioned the "Clash of Civilizations" and looked at the conflict between the country and the war. They believe that economic and political interests conflict is the decisive factor, the role of civilization if it is only triggered one of the factors in the conflict, but it will not be the decisive factors. Huntington's views, and critiques more than a different point of view, he is from the point of view of civilization after the Cold War between the big powers' conflicts and even war. He believes that, after the Cold War the civilized countries will be based on the difference of civilizations form seven or eight major groups, and the future of the world's major conflict or war will occur in these civilizations between the groups. Because different civilizations will enable them to form different value judgment, and different value judgment would define their different interests. Therefore, based on these different defined interests, among these groups will be inevitable conflicts, and even wars. The second category argued that Huntington's "Clash of Civilizations," ignored the role of the nation-state. They believed that the conflict should be the main nation-state rather than civilization. In fact, civilization in the Huntington's "Clash of Civilizations" is just a kind of value and perspective of looking at the interests, is not the main conflict. Conflict is still the conflict between the nation-state. Therefore, these scholars essentially misunderstood the intention of Huntington' said. The third category scholars believe that, Huntington's "Clash of Civilizations" is on the position of the West Advocating confrontation between Islamic,Confucian Union and the West. In fact, as a scholar and advisor, Huntington, increasingly worried about the current decline state of the West, what is more important is the United States, so he put forward the "Clash of Civilizations" and a number of specific policy recommendations to try to change this situation, and not in order to safeguard the West and even the United States' hegemony.
