Study Of Elderly Care Legislation

According to the standard of the United Nations Population ageing,China had entered Old Age society in 2000.The population ageing had a wide-raging and profound impact on our socio-economic and life of the people and the older groups have become social groups should not be overlooked.The countries facing the ageing earlier than China,such as France,Germany,Japan and other countries have amended the adult guardianship system in order to meet the needs of the elderly community.But research on the elderly guardianship system in our country has not been paying sufficient attention.In view of the country's aging society and the status of China's special conditions,the establishment of China's elderly guardianship system meeting China's social needs has become a force problem to be solved.Starting with China's national conditions, the article analyses the real basis of China's elderly guardianship system's establishment and all adult guardianship system were compared,and ultimately to the construction of China's elderly guardianship system,as envisaged with a view to thin contribution to improving our adult guardianship system.
