On Suicide In Behavior

In China,suicide isn't conviction.There are kinds of elements which influence suicide,mainly including the oppression from the external part and the frailty from the internal heart.Frequently,the oppression plays the most important role of a suicide,for example,abetting,assistance,deceiving,compelling and appointment of a suicide.So we should classify and analyze these external elements properly,definite the nature and convict them accurately in criminal laws.Upon this basis,I suggest to adding an accusation of relevant behaviors of suicide to our Criminal Laws.Furthermore connecting with practical cases,analyzing its accusation and patterns will be beneficial to solve some arguments and problems in justice territory in our country.
