Feminist Legal Discourse And The Rule Of Law In A Harmonious Social Order

Female has been made great efforts and struggled for their improvement, which has become"the longest revolution"in human history. Feminism then becomes a theory which represents female and themselves for their conscious creation of realistic social status, and produces sharp criticism and strong convulse to the society which had deep patriarchal dismember, and has been invitingness and practicality increasingly. So, the destiny of modern women reflects the development of the society. There are laws in our life, everywhere. Based on the backgrounds of the legal discourse of the feminism law and combined with rule of law order in harmonious society, this paper discusses the humanistic care to sex and ultimate concern to the value of human from laws, realized the justice of sexes and sharing which is transcending sexes, races and countries from the point view of women by the guarantee and carrying of harmonious sexes and rule by laws. Only in this way, female and male in all-round development can release their maximum energy to create social well-being.
