Look Forward To The Possibility, In The Criminal Law

The theory of anticipated possibility,originated from Gemany,has gotten approbation in many country`s criminal law science. However , the concept has no counterpart in china`s criminal law. Our scholars have made some progress in this field,though with various points of view. The author introduces the history of anticipated possibility and the interralated concepts, theoretical foundation, criterion and the scope. At last, the author suggests the theory of anticipated possibility is helpful to hold justice. It can provide scientific and rational theory for misjudgement.
