Human Development Concept: A New Connotations Of Marxist Development Theory,

The development ways and actualized stratagem of every country are both determined by a kind of relatively stable development concept. The development idea of putting the humanism fundamental is development theory which rose in 60s and 70s of the twentieth century in the west, and is based on the animadversion of the western countries to the development idea of putting the material fundamental, and it does not mean the idiographic development idea, but some kind of total development idea.
