Administrative Balance Of The Ecosystem Research

The equibrium of administrative ecosystem is composed of adninistrative system and adninistrative enviroment.The equilibrium of administrative ecology is refer to that the validation of administrative function,the setup of administrative organization and the mechanism and the ways of administrative system are in harmony with the administrative environment, and make actual achievements about the rebuilding of the administrative environment, at the same time, the administrative enviroment is provide with the necessary condition for adninistration.The ecological aspects of the study, a large number of domestic and foreign reported in the literature. Among them, and scholars of the United States among the most remarkable achievements, China also has many administrative academic scholars on the ecological environment for the conduct of extensive and in-depth study. Based on the literature search, I found on the administrative system and the balance of the environmental study also weaker, in view of the administrative system of interaction with the environment, the current administrative system for the development and changes in response to environmental issues, not many in the research. Based on this, this paper in the above study with China on the basis of the actual situation of China's ecological balance of the executive to study the conditions.The balance of the ecosystem and how the administrative system to maintain dynamic environment. In this part, the ecosystem elements of meaning, characteristics and classification defined, and the ecological theories were introduced.In the third part, the status quo of our country's ecosystem is analized. From the external environment and internal environment of the administrative system, the political environment and economic environment, social environment and cultural environment, the natural environment as well as the environment within the system, in six aspects, were analyzed.Part IV is based on the third chapter of the situation, discussed how administrative system adapt to the changes of the environment and realize the equibrium of administrative ecosystem.
