Thought Of Environment Administrative Law On Ecosystem Security Of China

With the great progress of technology in the twentieth century, Man's quality of life has improved a lot. In the course of people utilizing nature and transforming nature, there comes a series of questions, for example, population explosion,urban expansion,environmental pollution,excess consuming resources and so on. Human survival circumstances deteriorate, mostly represent lack of food supplies,resources drying up,soil desertification,low bestrow of forest,diversity of biology decreasing sharp,climate of the seven seas warming up,ozonosphere destroying,acid rain eroding, all this constitutes the so-called environment questions of the world.With questions of environment become questions of ecosystem security, it is very closely associated with each other, threaten human's life,health,national security and social development. questions of ecosystem security become questions of public security. The situation of ecosystem security of China is very stern.This paper mainly discusses thought of environment administrative law on ecosystem security of China. Firstly I proceed with transfoming the theory of environment administrative law, set forth the ethical ecology basis of transfomation the theory of environment administrative law, innovate controlled member of environment administrative law, bring forward the principle of persisting in ecosystem security, and put forward necessities of seeking the value of ecosystem security; then I spread and take part in how to protect Chinese ecosystem security in three aspects: environment administration system, legislations for ecosystem security, and consummation of environment administration. At last I draw a conclusion: strengthen thought of environment administrative law on ecosystem security of China, follow the rules of ecology to carry through administration, implement the harmony between human and nature, intensify law enforcement, consummate relief, guarantee national ecosystem security even more; at the same time propose that to ensure national ecosystem security needs positive participation and joint effort.
