The Shenjia This Legal Education Thought Study

Shen Jiaben was a well-known jurist at the end of Qing-dynasty in our country, he created the Modern Chinese legal system and law education of new style in Qing-dynasty. He advocated and led the law reform in the end of Qing-dynasty, during this period, his thoughs of law education was formalized.With his effort, the law education of new style came into being.Although there has been many scholars concentrated on Shen Jiaben at present, the fruits of the research on his thoughs of law education few or none, let alone special and systematic studies. To my way of thinking, not only is Shen Jiaben'law education thoughs very important in legal circle, but also is valueable and considerable in education circle. So I decided to take it as my thesis object, providing a reference for today'law education reform to good intent.There are six parts in this thesis.Preface,relating to the significance of Shen Jiaben'law education thoughs.Part one, introducing the formation which the historical background and personal reason of Shen Jiaben'law education thoughs.Part two, paying atteation to the content and practice of Shen Jiaben's law education thoughs.Part three, the analysis and evaluation about Shen Jiaben's law education thoughs, duly and objectively.Part four,the enlightenment of Shen Jiaben's law education thoughs.Postscript,I hope the research on Shen Jiaben's law education thoughs is valuable.
