Embezzlement Of Public Funds A Number Of Issues To Study

The crime of appropriating public funds for personal use has led to various puzzled problems of disputes in judicial practice since the Criminal law of the People's Republic of China revised in 1997,which perplexed the judicial process and also caused a universal attention of the circle of science of criminal law. In order to solve the related problems which the crime of appropriating public funds for personal use caused in judicial practice, the Supreme court of the People's Republic of China had made out many judical explaination. For the sake of the crime of appropriating public funds is a kind of crime which often takes place. Especially in the course of establishing the market-oriented economy in our country, the situation of crime is becoming more and more serious. But in judicial practice there are many problems that we have not solved. For example, what is the performing form of this crime and how to ascertain its target etc. So doing some research on its target benefit the improvement of this crime. This paper focus on some issue of the crime of appropriating public funds and bring forward a new point of view.
