Internet: Freedom Of Speech Platform And Face Challenges

Freedom Speech is the fundamental right of self-behavior, it is very important for human society progress. As one new form of free speech, Network Speech is also beneficial for human to enrich knowledge and acquire truth, to promote and guarantee democratic polities, to safeguard and enhance the social stability and to realize individual values because of Internet's characteristics of Freeness, Equality, Universality, Interoperability. But, freedom of network speech to social and civil conflict on the two-way of people's rights and public government. Unlimited freedom of network speech which they thought is true freedom. In fact, these activities have breached the law that one person must not infringe other people' s rights when he/she is performing his/her rights. In this sense, it is necessary to implement certain regulations to confine the freedom of expression to some degree in network publication so as to achieve equilibrium between freedom and control by government. This paper puts forward some suggestions as to how to improve the supervision of Internet contents and the importance of progress to the China's politics and democracy base on the fundamental spirit of Free Speech.
