"media Trial" New Exploration

In the 21st century, all the media develop rapidly. In such an environment, people have more and more freedom and channels to show their point view, and legal news as an important form of supervision by public opinion is closely watched. Judicial reporting and the independence of the judiciary have the same goal that is to get social justice, but they have different modes of operation which led them show a sharp contradictions, and the consequences of such conflicts is the criticism of the media—"trial by media ". "Trial by media" is a concept from the West. But the justice system and the social environment in the Western are different from our country, so it is suggest that this concept in China should apply cautiously. The significance of judicial report is too important to give more words, and we can not deny that judicial report have some inadequacy to a certain extent, but we shouldn't give the judicial report more restrictions on the name of justice .We should treat the judicial report tolerantly and treasure it as an effective power, and we should prevent such concept as" trial by media" applies generally and avoid undermining the good public opinion environment. Through analysis the relation between the judicial report and the courts ,it tries to clarify the conflict between the judicial report and the independence of the judiciary. And by introducing the attitude of Western countries on this issue of, it tries to explore some solutions to solve this conflict.
