Public Security Economic Investigation Coordination Mechanism

Nowadays, economic crime in new ways grows up every year in the development of socialist market economy. As the main force to prevent economic crime, the Economic Crime Investigation Department (ECID) meets with hard condition and the practice in economic crime investigation faces to new difficulty. On account of that hard position, the cooperation for the crime prevention within police security system needs to be more efficient.To meet with the new situation, the Economic Crime Investigation Department should play an active part in its function and reply actively to the trend of economic crimes with high technology, intelligence and multi-region. Meanwhile, it's necessary to strengthen the beat to economic crimes and keep the crime within limits to cut the throat of the crime at the very beginning. In doing so, it's possible to develop the investigation into more controllable and avertable. One of the ways in effect is to explore the cooperation mechanism for preventing economic crimes. Now the key point is how to optimize the cooperation on system, mechanism and content. In this situation, it is inevitable to set up a high-efficient cooperation system in all-rounds and multi-levels.On the base of public security experiences, this article explores the theory of cooperation mechanism for economic crime investigation (CMFECI) on the view of public management. First, this article explains the concept, character of the CMFECI and its study objects as well. Then the research goes on the development of CMFECI around the world by history review, cases analysis comparison research and other ways as well, pointing out its problems, localizations and the causations. On the view of the administrative relation and coordination, this article finally suggests the effective ways for cooperation in standardization and humanity so that the image -building of ECID and government relations will be modified and to realize the CMFECI developing in favorable ways.
