Combined with the actualsituation in China, on China’s criminal legislation, judicature and penalty implementationfrom three aspects through the introduction and analysis of the criminal law of our country,mainly introduced the recent humanization in embodiment and achievements.The fourth part, our country criminal law humane deficiency and improvement. The firstanalysis of China’s criminal legislation, judicature and penalty execution in realizing criminalhumanization the inadequacy of existence, put forward some suggestions for improvement.
