Build A Harmonious Enterprise Ideological And Political Work Relations Research

Social harmonization is not only the key guaranteed factor which can make our country rich and strong, the nation vigorous and the people happy, but also the essential attribute of Chinese characteristic socialism. The State-owned enterprises(hereafter refers to as "the enterprises ") and ideology political works play an important role in the great construction of harmonious socialism. It is the question, which is worth discussing thoroughly, how the enterprises locate and ideology political works play a due role in the construction of harmonious enterprises facing a new historical mission. This article discusses the concept of harmonious enterprises and their characteristics, the main connotation of the construction of harmonious enterprises, the location of ideology political works, the key tasks, the basic status and its functions in the construction of harmonious enterprise, and how enterprises bring forth new ideas in ideology political works, through the analysation of relation between the enterprises and harmonious society, and that of great function and significance of the construction of harmonious enterprises in the costruction of harmonious socialism society. Based on this, the article puts the emphisis on the theoretical and practical research on dealing with certain important relations correctly which the enterprises face in ideology political works, such relations as ideology political works and economic work, ideology political works and cultural reconstruction, traditional experience and innovation of ideology political works, direct effect and indirect effect, practical and ideological, content and form, subjectand object, relieving and intercepting problems, and etc.
